Vision impaired pedestrians are subject to a wide range of possible dangers and conveniences. Comcork Tactiles are a special flooring tile with a very significant raised profile, designed to provide the vision impaired with warning of impeding hazards or give directional guidance.

Comcork Tactiles are ideally suited for:

• Stairways, landing, escalators and ramps
• Pram crossings, pedestrian refuges, kerbs and footpaths
• Bus stops, railways and ferry platforms
• All areas as required by the building code of Australia and as detailed in AS/NZ 1428.4 and AS/NZ 1428.1.
